During an initial session, we will focus on establishing a therapeutic alliance and exploring your concerns, goals, and expectations for therapy. It is also an opportunity for you to get a sense of my approach and determine if it is a good fit for you.
I specialise in various areas of therapy, such as anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, relationship issues, grief and loss, gender and sexuality, trauma, and more. My approach is evidence-based, person-centred, and tailored to your individual needs and preferences. Together, we can collaborate on developing effective coping strategies and tools to manage your emotions, thoughts, and behaviours.
